Payment and insurance
Payment is made online at booking or after each session via invoice. We also accept cash (we do not have a cash register and cannot give change).
Members of Sygeforsikring Danmark (groups 1, 2, 5 or 6), aged 25 or under with a GP referral, may be eligible for a refund for assessment and psychotherapy. Medication is not covered.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment; otherwise the full amount will be charged. See our FAQ for details on payment and insurance.
Weekend surcharge: 500 DKK/hour on all assessment types.
Why private assessment?
The public system wait time for ADHD assessment is typically a year and a half or more (Danish Health Authority, 2025). During that time, many people live with untreated ADHD, which affects work, studies, and relationships.
With us, the wait is short compared to the public system, and you can see current openings in the online booking. You are evaluated by licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, and if ADHD is confirmed, medication can begin as part of the same pathway. We use DIVA-5, the diagnostic interview recommended by the Danish Health Authority.

A typical ADHD assessment with medication costs 14,800 DKK across 6 sessions. The assessment alone (3 sessions) costs 9,700 DKK. You can stop or pause at any time, as there is no commitment period.
