What happens after booking?
You will receive a confirmation email with date, time, and address. Your first session is a clinical interview (approx. 2 hours) where we conduct a comprehensive psychopathological screening, because concentration difficulties can have many causes beyond ADHD. The clinic is at Fiolstræde 14, 1st floor, near Nørreport Station in Copenhagen's Latin Quarter.
Bring your health insurance card (sundhedskort) and ideally a list of symptoms you experience. For the diagnostic assessment (typically the 2nd session), we recommend bringing a relative or someone who knew you as a child.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Payment is made online at booking or after each session via invoice. We also accept cash (we do not have a cash register and cannot give change).
The full assessment process (clinical interview, DIVA-5, and feedback) typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. If ADHD is confirmed, your psychiatrist can begin medication within 1 to 2 weeks of diagnosis.
